Originally a boutique hotel, the current owners of Villa des Arts have renovated and refurbished both the house and gardens to the highest of standards. There are three living rooms, one with a state of the art home cinema system and one with a feature fireplace, ideal for rentals during the cooler months.

The kitchen is a true delight for those who like to cook or for a professional chef who can easily prepare meals. Leading on to the large dining room, this is the ideal spot for enjoying entertaining family and friends. Or simply take your evening cocktail into the conservatory style veranda and watch the sun set over the azure waters of the Mediterranean.

There are 4 bedrooms, all elegantly styled and offering spacious and comfortable accommodation. This is a residence built when space was not at a premium and the interiors offer extremely spacious living space throughout.

The gardens are beautifully maintained and there are several options for dining al-fresco or simply finding a shady corner out of the heat of the day. The pool is located on the lower level with a pool house.
