Villa Pendent is a historic building dating from 1500. It is a fine fortified basilica-style farmhouse which faces south and therefore enjoys the sun from sunrise to sunset. Having been recently renovated it is the perfect combination of tradition and comfort.

This 8-bedroomed house has recently been renovated and transformed into a luxury home using the best materials and with great attention given to detail. The renovation has recovered many of the original details giving this historic building great character and charm.
